Being a consulting body for the proper management and use of renewable energies and the efficient use of energy, both in the public sector, where they should appear as policies of national interest, as well as in the private sector, in the academy and in the citizenry in general.

Support initiatives for the implementation of renewable energy and sanitation projects in all sectors, with emphasis on the neediest sectors, for the execution of inclusive projects, stimulating the creativity of their economy.

Carry out productive activities of consulting, execution, supervision and inspection of projects for the public and private sectors, at a national and international level.
