Ethics and policies

We act responsibly, with a vocation for service and committed to the goal of improving the quality of life of marginalized populations. Treat all people with great respect and equality, internally to professionals, technical and administrative personnel, externally to volunteers, collaborators and, especially, to the population to which the activities that we develop are directed.

We use all the resources owned by ENDESO, our own and those from collaborators, in the most appropriate and efficient way, to develop projects and other related activities; refraining from obtaining or receiving personal benefits or harming the beneficiary population and/or ENDESO.

We act with absolute transparency in the execution of our projects, reporting in a timely and documented manner the progress of our activities and the detailed use of economic and material resources. We produce quarterly progress reports on all our activities.
